Juvederm Ultra Plus, a hyaluronic acid filler, now is available with numbing medicine (lidocaine) included in the filler. This makes the injection easier for the patient and more comfortable. This is my favorite lip filler. It looks natural and feels natural. Better yet, it lasts about 2 years.

Ulthera is now being used for the lower neck to tighten neck skin, and in the lip area to curl the lips and make them appear more full. Body areas such as the arms, tummy, buttocks, knees are also being tightened with the Ulthera machine.

A new 1.5 mm heead will be available in the 4th quarter this year to tighten eyelid skin.
