Prominent Ears

With Otoplasty (or Ear inning) surgery I am able to rotate prominent ears so they sit closer to the head. I can do this through a small incision behind the ear that is not seen when healed. To rotate the ear back towards the head, I gently work on the ear cartilage. This has no adverse effect upon hearing, but the aesthetic result can be profound for the patient.
